2. Can you see real local projects and contact homeowners who have agreed to speak?
3. Who supervises the works, and which licences do the responsible engineer and architect hold?
4. Does the contract state the scope, specifications, BOQ, and payment stages tied to work stages?
5. What does the warranty cover, for how long, and is it written in the contract?
6. If material costs change or variations arise, how are prices agreed and approved?
7. If the company belongs to a professional association, can its status be checked with that association? (Membership is not a guarantee of any individual project.)
