- Serving Chiang Mai and Lamphun, with design and construction management scoped in each contract
- More than 15 years of designing and building homes
- Started as an individual business and registered as a company in 2018 to grow on a proper legal footing
- Associate member of the Home Builders Association (HBA), listed at hba-th.org/members/contractor; membership is not a guarantee of any individual project
- 5-year main-structure warranty from final handover, within the scope and terms of the contract
- Office in San Na Meng, San Sai, Chiang Mai, by appointment
How we work: understand the brief, assess, plan the systems, build and hand over, with stage-based inspections. The Living Lab on this site is a CGI model to explain ideas, not a finished project.
