The Home Builder Association (HBA) is an association of house-building companies, founded in 2004 (B.E. 2547) according to its website. Homeowners should check a company's membership status with the association directly.
What membership does not mean
- It is not a certification or guarantee of any individual project.
- It does not replace reviewing the contract, specifications, BOQ and payment stages.
- If the association offers consumer-protection measures, request the terms and validity period from the association directly.
