Greenery Design and Construction Co., Ltd. (“Greenery”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit our website, submit an enquiry or communicate with us about design and construction services. It should be read together with any specific notice provided for another activity.

2. Personal data we may collect

• Project information you choose to provide, such as land location or size, province, district, budget range, intended construction date, house requirements and messages

Please do not submit identification documents, financial details, health information or other sensitive data through a general enquiry form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel and explain why it is needed.

3. How we obtain personal data

We generally receive data directly from you through website forms, telephone, email, messaging applications, meetings or documents you provide. We may also receive project contact details from a family member, joint owner, authorised representative or professional adviser where they have authority to share them.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We may process personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and arrange an initial consultation
• Understand the site, brief, budget and intended schedule
• Prepare, discuss and administer proposals, contracts and project services
• Coordinate with people involved in a project as authorised by the client
• Operate, secure and improve the website and business communications
• Keep records, establish or defend legal claims and comply with legal obligations
• Send marketing communications only where an appropriate lawful basis applies; you may opt out at any time

Depending on the activity, the legal basis may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with law, pursuing a legitimate interest that does not override your rights, or consent where consent is required. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop us from replying to a service enquiry or communicating about an existing project.

5. Disclosure of personal data

We do not sell personal data. Where necessary for the stated purposes, we may disclose limited data to authorised staff, website or IT service providers, communication and document-service providers, architects, engineers, contractors, professional advisers, insurers, financial or payment service providers, and government or regulatory authorities. Access should be limited to what is necessary and subject to applicable duties or safeguards.

When data is no longer required, we will delete, destroy or anonymise it using appropriate measures.

We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and risk. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your data has been misused or exposed, contact us promptly using the details above.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may have rights to request access and a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent and review of certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

10. Marketing choices

You can ask us to stop email or other direct marketing by using the unsubscribe option where provided or by contacting us. We will keep only the minimum information needed to record the opt-out. Service, safety, legal and project messages may still be sent where necessary.

11. Children and third-party data

Our design and construction enquiry service is not directed to children. If you provide another person’s data, please ensure you are authorised to do so and give them access to this notice where appropriate.

We may update this notice when our services, systems or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
