PROJECT PATH
A reviewable path from first conversation to handover
Each project is different, but the decision sequence should be visible so construction does not begin before the information is ready.
Brief and initial review
Discuss the location, working budget, floor area, family, style and target period, and identify information still to be checked.
Site analysis
Review orientation, access, levels, drainage, utilities and conditions that may affect foundations or the programme.
Design and engineering coordination
Align architecture with structure, electrical, plumbing, energy and the way the family will use the home.
Specification and BOQ
Set out work sections, quantities, materials, labour, inclusions, exclusions and variation rules.
Construction and handover
Build from approved information, use defined checkpoints, report progress and close out documents before handover.
